Hexaflood provides informational terrain-based flood-susceptibility screening. The service is not professional flood-risk, engineering, insurance, legal or underwriting advice.

Scores and limitations

Scores are grid-based screening indicators derived from terrain and related inputs. They are not forecasts, probabilities, depths, insurance ratings or official flood maps, and do not represent every local condition.

Accounts, plans and data

Customers are responsible for account and API-key security and for rights to uploaded portfolio data. Monthly quotas and permitted commercial uses are determined by the selected plan or contract.

Availability

Coverage, model outputs and features can change as inputs and methods improve. Users should not rely solely on Hexaflood for property, finance, insurance or protection decisions.
