Hexaflood helps property teams and proptech products rank terrain-based flood susceptibility across locations and portfolios. It is a screening tool, not a property-specific probability, flood-depth estimate or forecast.

Understand each score

Each result identifies the H3 resolution-9 grid cell, approximately 0.1 km², and shows terrain factors, a local percentile and validated confidence metadata when available. Missing confidence is shown as unavailable, not estimated. A score describes the cell, not the exact building footprint.

Start with coverage

Complete pre-scored city coverage is available in the explorer. Eligible land cells outside those areas may be scored on demand for keyed products; open water and locations without usable terrain inputs return no coverage.
